Starting from a renowned French restaurant in Ginza,
I spent 5 years at the main branch of "Lance YANAGIDATE" in Aoyama, where I apprenticed under the owner chef.
Afterward, I gained experience as a sous-chef at various establishments, including Kanda Bistro "Coeur de Sac," where I served as a sous-chef, a Spanish restaurant "theringo" as a head chef, and an executive chef at "platetokyo" in Nishi-Azabu.
I also provide catering services for private jets.
I was involved in the launch of "CHEESECAKEepi" and from the opening of "Okada Mae," a meat-focused restaurant in Azabu-Juban.
I'm also involved in various aspects such as concept creation, culinary supervision, product development, cooking classes, and food coordination.
I specialize in flexible cuisine that incorporates not only French but also elements of Western cuisine and Japanese cuisine, tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
For each order, our minimum catering fee starts from 30,000 yen (excluding tax).

Spanish Course with a Touch of French Essence and Winter Flavors
This Spanish course combines the essence of French cuisine with the flavors of winter. It consists of a total of 8 courses, each served in small portions, offering a unique Spanish bar-style table performance, regional flavors, and a sense of local culture.
For dishes like Tortilla Española, Gambas al Ajillo, and Paella, we will prepare them fresh in front of you and serve them right before your eyes. As a final touch, you can choose between Paella or Fideuà (pasta paella).
