Born on a tranquil farm in Hachimantai City, Iwate Prefecture, I grew up healthy with freshly picked vegetables.
After gaining diverse culinary experiences as a "Restaurant Pastry Chef", "French Restaurant Chef", and "Nutritionist in a Nursery", I became independent and started my own business.
As a popular visiting chef for moms, themed around "Vegetable French Cuisine to Enjoy with Children", I receive over 200 requests annually from households.
Not just busy with visiting chef services, I am also active in various fields including cooking classes, product development for corporations, and providing recipes.
I am committed to creating delicious recipes that make use of farmers' vegetables, aimed at everyone from children and parenting moms to busy modern people, encouraging them to eat more tasty vegetables.
Enjoy my gentle cooking that brings out the best of seasonal vegetables selected by a Vegetable Sommelier and premium ingredients directly from Iwate, honed by authentic French and Italian culinary skills, along with delicate presentations influenced by my experience as a patissier.
Perhaps it's the reassurance of dealing with the same gender, but I am particularly well-received among women, and the number of repeat customers is steadily increasing.
