After moving to Tokyo at the age of 20, I spent approximately 6 years training in various restaurants.

 I then moved to Italy, where I worked in four locations (Naples, Rome, Trento, and Genoa) before returning to Japan.

Upon my return, I opened my own restaurant in Shinjuku, Kagurazaka, Tokyo.

 After seven years as the owner-chef there, I became the owner-chef of a local Italian cuisine and ramen restaurant.

  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: Car (motorcycle) or train.
