I have 3 years of experience working in an Italian restaurant, specializing in pizza and pasta. I spent approximately 1 year working at a 2-star French restaurant in Roppongi. After that, I gained experience as an independent private chef for 2 years, focusing on French cuisine.

In addition to my culinary work, I am also involved in agriculture and specialize in creative Italian cuisine with a focus on teppanyaki that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients.
