"Hotel de Mikuni Shiba Honten" was where I started my career, and I gained experience primarily in French cuisine in locations such as Aoyama and Gotanda in Tokyo. At the age of 23, I went to Germany, and by the age of 26, I became independent.

 

My name is Sotoda, and I am both a boxer and a French chef. My hobbies include soccer and exploring cafes. I draw inspiration from everyday life, such as landscapes, and incorporate it into my cooking.

 

As a sportsman myself, I also pay attention to health and low-calorie aspects, so if you have any specific requests or preferences, please feel free to let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate them.
