I have trained in the art of Japanese cuisine at the heart of Kyoto, the home of traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine, as well as at various traditional Japanese restaurants. Currently, I serve as the head chef at an izakaya in Umeda, while also providing catering services for events.

I hold the qualification of a sake sommelier and can provide a selection of Japanese sake that complements Kyoto cuisine. Additionally, I am actively engaged as an evangelist for the sake subscription service 'saketaku.'

*Please note that as I rely on train transportation, I kindly request customers to provide their own cooking utensils and tableware. In cases where these are not available, I may need to decline the request, so please understand in advance.
