I aim to offer a sushi kaiseki-inspired menu as the foundation for our culinary creations. 

Let's come together and enjoy a wonderful time.

After seven years of training at a traditional Japanese counter-style restaurant in Ginza, I returned to Osaka. 

I further honed my skills by mastering udon at a local noodle shop and dedicated my efforts to developing new dining establishments. 

Currently, I'm working at a teppanyaki-style barbecue restaurant.

Sushi Kaiseki Course: ¥13,000 (Available for 2 or more guests within Osaka Prefecture, 3 or more guests within the Kansai region)

This course features seasonal ingredients prepared in a sushi kaiseki style. 

It includes appetizers, soup, and other dishes commonly found in kaiseki cuisine. 

While it is priced on the higher side, I am confident that you will be satisfied with the offerings. 

The highlight of the course is a selection of 5 pieces of seasonal nigiri sushi, featuring vinegared rice and carefully prepared sushi toppings. 

Enjoy the flavors of these handcrafted sushi items.

This course offers the opportunity to enjoy a meat-focused Kaiseki course featuring various cuts of Japanese Wagyu beef. 

The course includes an appetizer, Wagyu beef and vegetable appetizer, soup, Wagyu beef sashimi, premium steak, rice dish, and dessert.

This course is designed to enjoy a sophisticated sushi experience from the comfort of your home. 

We prepare meticulously crafted sushi with seasonal fish, as well as sushi accompaniments.
