I graduated from the Department of Food Science at Mukogawa Women's University and hold certifications as a Vegetable Sommelier Professional, a Japan Shikischool University Shikischool Nutrition Instructor, and a Food Education Instructor.

After teaching cooking classes for six years, I established and managed the Vegetable Sommelier Association-certified cooking salon 'ecru' in Takarazuka. I have been operating kids' cooking classes at Nishinomiya Salon Lian since 2010 and at Kobe Commista since 2014.

Starting in January 2018, I also conduct cooking classes for Asahi Shimbun's local town magazine, 'BunBun Cooking Class,' in addition to providing courses in community centers and corporate showrooms, as well as corporate employee training.

Embracing the concept of using locally sourced ingredients, I primarily use vegetables grown in the Nishitani area of Takarazuka city. You can also enjoy meat dishes sourced from Sandaya Sōhonten and freshly baked homemade bread.

For households with ovens, there's an opportunity to experience bread making together.
