Service Area It takes approximately 2 hours one-way by car from Nishinomiya City (covering the Kansai region). Please note that for trips originating from remote mountainous areas, toll road fees and related expenses will be borne by the customer. I am here to create smiles for everyone!

I graduated from the Tsuji Culinary Institute's French school. I received training in authentic French cuisine at renowned establishments in France such as 'Auberge du Dril' and 'Jacques Decoret.' After returning to Japan, I honed my skills at 'Restaurant Hiramatsu.' I worked in restaurants in Nagoya, Kanazawa, and Osaka, mastering everything from sauces. Eventually, I became the Deputy Head Chef at a five-star hotel in Kobe.

My passion for cooking stems from the joy of witnessing people's smiles up close and sharing my own unique culinary perspective.

I put great effort into every aspect of preparation and consider the preferences of our customers. Cooking is an art that revolves around the people who enjoy it.

I will deliver dishes made with love and dedication!
