After graduating from Osaka University of Arts, I started my career as a chef at a French restaurant in Osaka's Kita-Shinchi district. I worked in various types of establishments, including Western cuisine, cafes, and izakayas, gaining experience in a wide range of culinary genres.

I worked my way up to positions such as head chef and restaurant manager. In 2011, I opened my own restaurant called "Teppanyaki and Wine COCOLO Main Store" in Osaka's Fukushima area. In 2013, I opened my second restaurant, "Teppanyaki and Wine / Sake COCOLO Shin-Fukushima Store," and this year marks its 10th anniversary.

While managing two restaurants, I also became a lecturer at a culinary school, ventured into restaurant consulting, catering services, and participated in events, engaging in various aspects of the food business. I also obtained the qualification of Vegetable Sommelier.
