This individual is a graduate of Nichiei Culinary School and started their career by working at famous restaurants in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. After leaving their initial job, they gained experience working as a sous chef at places like "Salvatore Cuomo" and a dining wine bar. They eventually became the head chef at "CHIKUSA GRILL," a farm-to-table Italian restaurant in Aichi.
Following their time in Aichi, they moved to Miyako Island in Okinawa, where they held positions such as sous chef and head cook at a hotel within the large resort facility "Shigira Seven Miles Resort."
Currently, they are affiliated with "T's Kitchen" and are involved in menu development for various other establishments. Their culinary expertise primarily focuses on Italian cuisine, emphasizing the natural flavors of ingredients. They are also capable of incorporating techniques from other cuisines like Japanese, French, Chinese, and ethnic cuisines when necessary.

Casual Italian Course 8,000 yen. (From 4 people)
Appetizer: Antipasto Misto - A selection of various appetizers, typically including a variety of cold meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
Pasta: Chef's Whimsical Pasta - A pasta dish where the chef uses their creativity to prepare a unique and surprise pasta dish, possibly varying day by day.
Main Course: Wagyu Beef Tagliata with Truffle-Scented Marsala Sauce - Thinly sliced Wagyu beef served with a rich and aromatic Marsala wine sauce enhanced with the essence of truffles.
Dessert: Dolce Misto - An assortment of desserts, possibly including cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats.
Option:
Children's Plate: 2,000 yen (tax-inclusive 2,200 yen) - A special meal plate designed for children.
