I hail from Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and have built my culinary experience based in Tokyo. I furthered my training in Southern France and Italy, immersing myself in ingredients and passion.

I've participated in the establishment of numerous dining establishments and gained experience in the wedding industry. My motto is to provide a sense of wonder through food, creating memorable culinary experiences.
