An artisan who effortlessly combines the art of cooking with teppanyaki and the essence of European cuisine, offering you the opportunity to experience the blossoming of ingredients in the comfort of your own home.

A graduate of Osaka Abeno-Tsujicho Culinary School, I embarked on a culinary journey, working at Italian restaurants and restaurant bars within Nagoya City. However, it was by chance that I was captivated by the charm of a teppanyaki restaurant, where I underwent rigorous training.

In 2015, I opened Aroma Canoro, an European-style teppanyaki restaurant in my hometown of Tsurumai. My aim is to provide you with delightful moments and dishes, using the freshest seasonal ingredients cooked simply with the most appropriate techniques.
