丁立苹(テイリーピン) シェフ

Tei Li Ping, also known as 丁立苹 (Tei Lih Ping), embarked on a career in Chinese cuisine at the age of 25. He has taught at institutions such as the Asahi Cultural Center and Aichi Culinary School. Currently, he operates the Chinese restaurants 'Seika Run Osu' and 'Seika Run Imaike,' where he delivers dishes that prioritize flavor under the guidance of Master Chef Cao Yun.

Incorporating elements from Asian and European cuisines, he continually researches and develops dishes that cater to vegetarians and vegans. He has also made numerous appearances in various media, including television.
