I began working part-time at a sushi restaurant at 16, stepping into the world of culinary arts.
I honed my skills at 'Kaiseki Sushiya Fuji Sushi' in Aoi Ward's Arimatsu, eventually becoming the head chef.
Later, I opened 'Sushi Morishima' near Meitetsu Hotta Station.
Breaking away from the intimidating image of traditional sushi restaurants, it's a place where guests can enjoy a casual atmosphere.
As the owner, I personally select and purchase fresh fish from the market.
Enjoy our seasonal fish and hot pot dishes to the fullest.
We also offer a selection of rare Japanese sake and wines that are not commonly found in the market.
