An Italian cuisine that delivers happiness from seasonal ingredients.

The chef embarked on the path of Italian cuisine at the age of 18 and at 22, journeyed to Italy. Upon returning to Japan, they worked at Kobe Sannomiya L'Valentino and various hotels before opening the current Ristorante Azeta in Miki City, becoming the owner-chef.

In their 20s, they ventured into independence and continue to progress as an owner-chef.
