After graduating from culinary school, I built my career in trattorias and ristorantes in Osaka city.

In April 2016, I opened my own restaurant in Shinsaibashi.

The Jamón Teruel, which we bring in as a whole leg and slice right in front of you, is truly exceptional.

Please come and enjoy our Italian cuisine that is not only a feast for the eyes but also delicious to taste.

5th Dish: Wagyu beef cheek simmered in red wine OR low-temperature roasted Wagyu thigh meat with red wine sauce.
