Working in the realm of 'food' is, in my view, an opportunity to 'help enrich lives.'
After graduating from culinary school, I've dedicated nearly 20 years exclusively to the food and beverage industry. I've gained experience in both cooking and customer service at about four companies, holding various positions, including store manager and even area manager.
At my previous job at Tully's Coffee, I served as the Business Division Manager for a franchise member company, learning about business management alongside the president.
In July 2016, I opened 'HARENOHI CAFÉ' as the owner-chef.
During the day, our café offers a relaxed environment where you can enjoy a healthy lunch abundant with fresh organic vegetables and specialty coffee. In the evening, we provide a creative dining menu accompanied by an alcohol menu centered around craft beers and Japanese wines.
At HARENOHI CAFÉ, we make it a point to offer photogenic dishes and desserts, allowing customers to first enjoy the visual appeal. But it's not just about looks. We meticulously focus on each ingredient - be it vegetables, meat, or fish - and consider how to present it both stylishly and deliciously, putting careful effort into finishing each dish.
