大西 一丙 シェフ
With a culinary career spanning 15 years, I originally started cooking in a renowned traditional Japanese restaurant in Osaka. I later became enamored with the allure of Italian cuisine and embarked on the path to become an Italian chef. After several years of training, I became the owner-chef of an Italian restaurant in the Higashi-Yodogawa district of Osaka.
My cooking philosophy is to imbue every ingredient on the plate with purpose, avoiding unnecessary garnishes, and cooking each ingredient in the simplest and most optimal way. While creating a complex flavor when tasted, I always strive to bring the dish together harmoniously.
I'm eager to explore various places, and as I become accustomed, I hope to offer my services in various locations. I will do my best to accommodate any requests, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Tableware: Available for order from the optional menu.We will only be providing plates, so we kindly ask our customers to prepare their own cutlery.

Appetizer (Antipasto Misto): Chef's special selection of 5 appetizers
Salad: A Caesar salad full of ingredients, served with a poached egg and cheese fondue on the side.
Ajillo: Garlic oil sautéed seafood served with baguette slices.
Pasta: Hokkaido scallops and tobiko with a light cream sauce, fragranced with high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Fish Dish: Fried true cod from Hokkaido, served with Kekka sauce and a seafood risotto made without cheese or cream.
Or
Meat Dish: Slow-cooked pork shoulder marinated in red wine, served with a red wine sauce and mashed potatoes loaded with cheese.
Options:
Children's course: 1,500 yen (incl. tax 1,650 yen).
Option to change to Mita Maruse beef: 3,000 yen per person (only available if all participants choose this option) (incl. tax 3,300 yen).
Please order Mita Maruse beef at least 8 days before the event date.
Option to change to Wagyu beef: 1,000 yen per person (only available if all participants choose this option) (incl. tax 1,100 yen).

昨年末コロナで私の夫がなくなり、葬儀も法要も身内ですることになり、今回一周忌を過ぎて、友人達がお線香をあげに来てくれ、ランチ会をすることにしました。
どのお料理もオシャレで美味しく、また目新しく、友人達も感動しておりました。
四国巡礼の翌々日開催で、バタバタしており、アレルギーがなかったと思い込んでいて、当日友人4人中3人が牡蠣アレルギーと判明し、2品が牡蠣料理でシェフには大変ご迷惑をおかけ致しました。
おまけに88カ寺巡礼の旅の前に冷蔵庫の食材をほぼ空にして出ましたので、シェフが臨機応変のメニューを考えられるのも、材料が自宅冷凍庫や野菜室の少量の野菜しか残していないにも拘らず、代わりのメニューを即座に対応して下さり、感謝感謝でした。
デザートは当方でアイスクリームとトッピングの準備をしておりましたが、トッピングをお伝えしていなかったので、それ用のソースやトッピングまで作って頂き、メインガーデンのテラス席でのサーブまでして頂き、至れり尽せりでした。
友人達にも大満足して頂くことができ、10年振りの再会が本当に素敵な会になりました。
来月も大西シェフにお願いし、楽しみにしております。
