I worked for 5 years at Nakagawa Tamagawa Store, a sushi restaurant in Setagaya Ward, and then for 3 years at Ebisu Sushi Hayakawa, exclusively in private counters.
In 2019, I started offering traveling sushi services, and in 2020, I established Yui Sho Corporation.
Enjoy freshly made sushi at your home, which might be difficult to prepare yourself! I offer a variety of appetizers and sushi, honed through training in high-end establishments.
We are also focusing on COVID-19 prevention measures in cooperation with the Corona Prevention Medical Association.

This sushi set is suitable for children aged approximately 4 to 8-9 years old and includes:
2 pieces of akami (red tuna) 2 pieces of salmon 2 pieces of tamago (sweet rolled omelet) 1 kappa maki roll
Children's Course (10 pieces of nigiri, seasonal selection): 10,000 yen (11,000 yen including tax)
10 pieces of nigiri sushi featuring seasonal ingredients. We can adjust the nigiri selection based on your preferences, including reducing the number of nigiri and adding items like chawanmushi (savory egg custard) if you'd like.
Hokkaido Uni (Sea Urchin), 2,500 yen per person (please order for each person) (2,750 yen including tax)
You may place an order for this when all participants make the same selection.
Additional small dish: 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax)
