A chef with a wide range of experiences, including Japanese cuisine, members-only French, and patisserie. Most recently, worked at a renowned restaurant in Azabu-Juban, honing exceptional culinary skills. Started an independent culinary journey at the age of 27.

The cooking style is innovative fusion that doesn't limit itself to a specific genre, focusing on seasonal ingredients. Combines French cuisine with Japanese essence, captivating many customers. Proficient in delicate cooking techniques for meat and fish, creating special days for customers on their important occasions.

Approaches cooking with respect for ingredients and creative thinking, aiming to create deeply flavorful dishes and provide customers with the best taste and memorable experiences.

 

For course meals with 7 or more guests, an additional assistant fee of ¥11,000 (excluding tax) is required.
