Here are some examples (for reference) of additional transportation costs that have been required in the past when the chef visited for an on-site service.

If you place an actual order, our staff will consider the order details and route, calculate the transportation costs, and then contact you separately regarding the necessity and amount of transportation expenses.

"Hotel de Mikuni Shiba Honten" was where I started my career, and I gained experience primarily in French cuisine in locations such as Aoyama and Gotanda in Tokyo. At the age of 23, I went to Germany, and by the age of 26, I became independent.

My name is Sotoda, and I am both a boxer and a French chef. My hobbies include soccer and exploring cafes. I draw inspiration from everyday life, such as landscapes, and incorporate it into my cooking.

As a sportsman myself, I also pay attention to health and low-calorie aspects, so if you have any specific requests or preferences, please feel free to let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Tableware: Available for order from the optional menu.
Cookware: You can bring your own.
Seasoning: You can bring your own.
Transportation: Car (motorcycle) or train.

添田シェフに手配をお願いしましたが、大満足の体験でした。

お料理はどれも非常に美味しく、とても丁寧に調理されていました。あまりの美味しさに夢中で食べてしまい、写真を残さなかったことを後悔しているほどです。

当日は時間通りにお越しいただき、アレルギーや食材の希望にも柔軟かつ完璧に対応していただけました。特に嬉しかったのは、2歳の子どもの料理も大人と同じメニューをベースに用意してくださった点です。子どもも大人と同じものを食べている気分を味わえて、とても喜んでいました。

味はもちろんのこと、細やかなお心遣いも素晴らしいシェフです。特別な日の利用にぜひおすすめしたいです。機会があれば、また次回もお願いしたいと思います。 (Show less)

家族旅行で、宿泊先のコテージに出張していただきました。

メニューについての要望にも丁寧に応えてくださり、お食事の提供もとてもスムーズでした。出張シェフのお仕事に興味津々だった子どもたちにも優しく接していただき、楽しく過ごすことができました。

お子様メニューもボリュームがあり、とてもおいしかったようで、普段以上の勢いで食べていたのが印象的でした。大人のお料理も、お肉がとても柔らかく、一人につき3枚もあり、家族みんながお腹いっぱいになるほどのボリュームでした。

一般的なレストランで食事をするよりも、内容や量を考えると大変お得に感じました。食後の後片付けまでしっかりしていただき、最後まで快適に過ごせました。
