We have been trusted for various occasions such as birthdays, housewarming parties, 60th birthday celebrations, and lunch gatherings.
Many of our customers who request catering instead of dining in our restaurant express that they find it challenging to go out to restaurants with their children. Under the supervision of a well-established babysitter, who is considered the best in Osaka according to a certain website, we offer dishes that both children and adults can enjoy together.
Of course, we also welcome adult-only gatherings!

どうやって焼いたかは見てのお楽しみ。
料理の腕前は素晴らしく、楽しく食事をさせて頂きました。
イタリアンのコースは、前菜からデザートまでどれも丁寧に作られていて本当に美味しく、特にピザは感動するほどの美味しさでした。
お料理はもちろんのこと、お人柄もとても素敵で、終始心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。

目的：誕生日祝いも兼ねた食事会

別荘に食器も調理器具もたくさん揃ってなかったので利用させてもらいました。
初めてなので不安でしたが、藤田シェフの事前打合せはとても細やかで、子供達の食の好みも詳細に聞いてくださりメニューが決まっていき、楽しみになりました。
まず嬉しかったのは提供のタイミングです。
大人の食事と同時にスタートかと思いきや、まず子供達のプレートを先に出してくれたのはありがたかったです。
ハンバーグも本格的なデミグラスソースを使って大人も食べたいくらいのクオリティの高さ。
普段食事に興味がない子供も驚くほどの勢いで全員完食していました。
子供達が飽きた頃に塗り絵の差し入れもあり、子供への対応がとても細やかでした。
大人用の食事もクオリティが高く、高級レストランに匹敵する食材も出てきました。
普段は子供がいると高級レストランへ行くのはとてもハードルが高いのですが、家なら子供達のことを気にせず心から楽しむことができました。
キッチンでのパフォーマンス！
生地から作るピザを、専用の窯がない、家のフライパンで見事に焼き上げるプロの技術は圧巻でした。
さらに誕生日ケーキまでその場でデコレーションしてくださり、ピザもケーキも鮮やかな演出を間近で見られたことは、子供はもちろん大人もワクワクしました。
初めての出張料理が藤田シェフで良かったです。
