I graduated from the Department of Food Science at Mukogawa Women's University and hold certifications as a Vegetable Sommelier Professional, a Japan Shikischool University Shikischool Nutrition Instructor, and a Food Education Instructor.
After teaching cooking classes for six years, I established and managed the Vegetable Sommelier Association-certified cooking salon 'ecru' in Takarazuka. I have been operating kids' cooking classes at Nishinomiya Salon Lian since 2010 and at Kobe Commista since 2014.
Starting in January 2018, I also conduct cooking classes for Asahi Shimbun's local town magazine, 'BunBun Cooking Class,' in addition to providing courses in community centers and corporate showrooms, as well as corporate employee training.
Embracing the concept of using locally sourced ingredients, I primarily use vegetables grown in the Nishitani area of Takarazuka city. You can also enjoy meat dishes sourced from Sandaya Sōhonten and freshly baked homemade bread.
For households with ovens, there's an opportunity to experience bread making together.

- Cookware: Not allowed to bring your own.
- Seasoning: You can bring your own.
- Transportation: By car (motorcycle).

2nd Course: Seasonal Potage
3rd Course: Pasta
4th Course: Herb-Roasted Local Chicken Thigh with Apricot Sauce or ecru Special Meatloaf
5th Course: Handmade Freshly Baked Bread
*If you don't have an oven, we will provide the bread freshly baked in the morning.

Quiche with Plenty of Cheese and Spinach (21cm) - ¥3,500 (including tax ¥3,850)

Decoration Cake to Finish On-Site (Whole Cake) - ¥5,500 (Cake-making experience with a pastry chef is also available) (including tax ¥6,050)

Upgrade to Sandaya Sōhonten's Wagyu Beef for Meat Dish - ¥500 per person (including tax 550)

用意から片付けまでとてもスムーズにしてくださいました。
1歳から4歳まで5人も居たので、
普段大人は落ち着いてゆっくりお喋りをする事も出来ません。
しかし、気がつけば料理が出来上がり、
美味しい料理を堪能しながら大人は大人の時間をゆっくり過ごし、
気がつけば綺麗に片付いていたといった具合です。
とにかくお願いして良かったの一言でした。

また、私にとってはじめての出張料理人ということで、ちょっと気を遣う面があるかなと思っていましたが、ヨウコシェフはこちらの状況にあわせて絶妙の距離感で素晴らしい時間を演出してくださいました。おかげでプライベートな空間でプロの味を楽しみつつ、家族団らんの時間をリラックスして過ごすことができました。またぜひお願いしたいシェフです。 (Show less)

たくさんアレルギーがあり、対応が難しいかもしれないなと思っていたのですが、こちらのさまざまな要望を聞いてくださりました!
事前に試作を繰り返していただき、小麦粉を使わないパン作り体験ができました!!
出来立てのパンは大変美味しく、みんなパクパク食べていました。
そのほかのご飯も大変美味しく、申し訳ないことにお片付けまでやっていただきこちらはゆっくりと子供たちが走り回るのも気にせず時間を過ごすことができました。
