Born in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture in 1981.

Worked at Chez Shibata, a pastry shop in Tajimi, in 2001.

Worked at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo in 2003.

Worked at Casa Grugno in Sicily, Italy, in 2004.

Served as sous chef at Classico in Nagoya, in 2005.

Opened the Italian home cooking restaurant Karada Bene in 2010.
