in 2023 he opened "piu alto" as the owner-chef in Tsunashima, Yokohama.
Using seasonal ingredients, he offers customers a surreal experience through creative and innovative fusion cuisine based on Italian cuisine,
creative combinations of ingredients, and outstanding cooking methods.
