Gained experience in Japanese and Western cuisine as a chef at restaurants and hotels of the Kintetsu Group
Studied abroad at icif, an Italian culinary training school for foreigners in Italy
During this time, I encountered private chefs in Italy
After returning to Japan, while working as a chef at golf courses and other facilities, I started a one-day restaurant in preparation for independence
Opened in 2018
Relocated in 2024
Closed the restaurant in the fall of 2025
Currently working as a chef at a local hotel
- Tableware: You can bring your own tableware.
- Cookware: We will be borrowing cooking utensils as a general rule.
- Seasoning: You can bring it with you.
