After graduating from the School of Commerce at Kwansei Gakuin University, he began his career at a major corporation.
Later, captivated by the world of sushi, he studied the fundamentals at a culinary academy and trained at a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant.

Currently based in Kitashinchi, Osaka, he manages and works at a sushi bar while also operating a private sushi catering service, “Sushi° sushimaru.”
What began as requests from friends evolved into a unique private sushi experience.

Without the constraints of a physical storefront, he is able to pursue an uncompromising dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients and expressing his craft with complete creative freedom.
Centered around red-vinegared sushi rice and carefully selected premium seafood, he offers a live, immersive sushi experience prepared right before your eyes.

Whether at a private residence, villa, or office, he transforms any location into a refined and unforgettable sushi space.

From preparation to service and cleanup, every detail is handled seamlessly, allowing guests to relax and fully enjoy their dining experience.
Guided by the belief that “the happiness of the person in front of me is my own happiness,” he creates an atmosphere where everyone—from young children to elderly guests—can feel comfortable and delighted.

With the philosophy of “bringing a sushi restaurant anywhere,” he delivers not only exceptional flavor, but also a memorable and truly special moment that lingers long after the meal.
