Upon returning to Japan, I trained in French restaurants in Chiba and Tokyo. I have a substantial track record in providing catering services to private homes and corporate clients ranging from large listed companies to startups, for various events like social gatherings and regional revitalization projects.
I specialize in hearty meat dishes and cuisine that highlights the quality of ingredients.

This is a full course where you can thoroughly enjoy meat dishes, a specialty of the chef. The menu can be customized according to your preferences. Example menu items include duck breast cooked at low temperature, homemade meat pâté, poached fresh fish in white wine sauce, select beef roast with Madeira sauce, and a seasonal dessert.
