竹野 恵里 シェフ
Head of K-Dining Catering, born in 1985. Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Law. A food coordinator, food hygiene manager, sommelier (certified by ANSA), and sake sommelier (certified by SSI), holding qualifications as a wine and sake quality appraiser. Specializes in pairing alcohol and cuisine, while also having a large following among mothers with small children, providing kids' menus and baby food.

- Seasoning: Basic seasonings are borrowed from the host's kitchen. (If not available, they can be brought along).
