After moving to Tokyo at the age of 20, I spent approximately 6 years training in various restaurants.
I then moved to Italy, where I worked in four locations (Naples, Rome, Trento, and Genoa) before returning to Japan.
Upon my return, I opened my own restaurant in Shinjuku, Kagurazaka, Tokyo.
After seven years as the owner-chef there, I became the owner-chef of a local Italian cuisine and ramen restaurant.

宿泊施設も初めての場所で、出張シェフも初めてのため、シェフとのやり取りで教えていただきながら追加予約をさせていただき当日を迎えましたが、本当にとても親切な方で、会った時には親しみやすさを感じる伊藤シェフ、そして、料理は家族揃って満足&絶賛してました😍

食事も楽しく会話しつつ、良いタイミングで次の料理を出してくださったり夫との料理の量を調整くだったりと気配りしていただきました!
