I specialize in vibrant and festive home party dishes served in large, generous portions.
My cuisine is based on Italian cooking, tailored to suit each client’s needs.

With the theme of showcasing the delicious ingredients of both Japan and Italy, I continue to offer private chef services today.
I hope to create a space where you can experience both surprise and discovery.
Career History:
2014: Entered the culinary world and trained at an Italian restaurant, honing fundamental skills.
2017: After graduating from culinary school, studied French cuisine using teppan (iron griddle) at a French restaurant in Roppongi.
2021: Became an independent private chef.
2022: Founded the French pastry brand tegami.
Also worked at “Hisano,” a private dining restaurant in Akasaka for executive clientele.
2023: Participated in the launch of a Miyazaki beef specialty restaurant in Akasaka.
With a focus on seasonality and freshness, I now offer private chef and catering services.
I am happy to customize dishes based on your preferences.
As long as there is electricity and running water, I can cook in almost any location.

Birthday Plate: ¥2,500 per person
Individual plating available (for up to 20 guests): ¥10,000 per person
If you wish to select this option, please do so for all adult guests.
Selected Red Wine: ¥4,000 per bottle
Selected White Wine: ¥4,000 per bottle
Add both meat and fish main dishes: ¥1,500 per person (for the ¥6,000 course)
This option is available only if selected by all participants.
