14 Years of Culinary Experience
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1992.
After training at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo, I obtained my JSA Sommelier certification at the age of 24 and then moved to Italy.
Trained for a total of 2 years at Ristorante Cibus and Osteria Storica Morelli.
Since 2019, I have been honing my skills at Osteria Selvaggina.
In 2022, at the Japan Cheese Awards, the Komagome Ricotta Cheese, which I was responsible for producing, won the Gold Award and the Best in Category Award.
In the same year, I obtained my Class 1 Hunting License.
In July 2024, I became an independent personal chef.
I approach cooking with the mindset of "Simplicity with Care."
Whether you want to enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home, find it difficult to go out after having children, or want to spend memorable moments, I will do my utmost to provide dishes and experiences that bring joy to you and your loved ones.

Full Course for Special Occasions 15,000 yen (For 4 to 8 people)
This is a 5-course meal.

Amuse-bouche: Homemade fresh cheese dish Recommended: Hand-made pasta with local chicken and freshly picked herbs and lemon sauce Homemade cheese gelato with peaches Minimum 2 persons - 13,500 yen (tax included)
