After 30 years with the Genpin Fugu Group,

 

he went independent as a traveling sushi chef, driven by his desire to deliver excitement and joy through his outreach sushi.

 

He obtained a fugu cooking license and has 20 years of experience as a sushi chef.

 

Looking into your eyes, he is inspired to share his words.

 

He also works as a street poet.

 

He not only cooks sushi, but also writes, bringing smiles to people's faces with his dual talents.
