齋藤 裕 シェフ
At the age of 20, he joined a food and beverage company in Tokyo and served as the hall service manager for about five years, honing his knowledge of wine and cocktail techniques. In order to hone his cooking skills, he began training at a sushi restaurant in downtown Tokyo, where he learned about purchasing, preparation, specialty dishes, nigiri sushi, and menu development for about seven years. He moved to the downtown area of Sangenjaya and learned international cuisine, further expanding his range of cooking. He later served as the sous chef of an Italian restaurant in Shoto, Shibuya Ward, before going independent. He also served as the manager and executive chef of creative sushi and creative skewer dishes in Shoto.
He moved to Kansai and became the head chef of a creative restaurant in Ashiya. We hope you enjoy our ``Divine Cuisine'', which expresses gratitude for all the blessings on earth, makes the most of the ingredients, and expresses gratitude to all gods and producers on the plate. 頂いたのは洋食のコース形式でしたが、各お料理は食材のもつ美味しさを最善の方法で引き出されており、シンプルでありながら奥の深いお料理ばかりでした。
長年食べて来た同じ食材がこんなにも味深いお料理になるなんて、驚きと感心の絶えない時間でした。
締めに頂いたお寿司もお酢から普段口にする物と異なり、酢の酸味より旨味が口に拡がりました。
未就学の子供に乳児、糖尿病の母。好き嫌いや食べれない料理も多い一家ですが、事前にメニューを打ち合わせご提案頂き、母も全ての料理を楽しむ事が出来ました、子供も今まで食べれなかった食材ですら、美味しいと言って食べていたのが、美味しさの何より証拠です。
食事中も子供達が落ち着かないテーブルになってしまいましたが、終始嫌な顔をせずご対応頂きありがとうございました! (Show less)
