At the age of 20, he joined a food and beverage company in Tokyo and served as the hall service manager for about five years, honing his knowledge of wine and cocktail techniques. In order to hone his cooking skills, he began training at a sushi restaurant in downtown Tokyo, where he learned about purchasing, preparation, specialty dishes, nigiri sushi, and menu development for about seven years. He moved to the downtown area of ​​Sangenjaya and learned international cuisine, further expanding his range of cooking. He later served as the sous chef of an Italian restaurant in Shoto, Shibuya Ward, before going independent. He also served as the manager and executive chef of creative sushi and creative skewer dishes in Shoto.

 

He moved to Kansai and became the head chef of a creative restaurant in Ashiya. We hope you enjoy our ``Divine Cuisine'', which expresses gratitude for all the blessings on earth, makes the most of the ingredients, and expresses gratitude to all gods and producers on the plate.
