After gaining experience at a popular Japanese restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, and a Japanese restaurant and kaiseki restaurant in Kyoto, he is currently studying cooking daily as a freelance chef mainly in Tokyo.
Through not only authentic Japanese cuisine but also a wide range of creative dishes of all genres, he values expressing gratitude for the ingredients and delivering excitement to his customers.

This course is a Japanese-Western fusion course recommended by the chef. Recommended for those who want to try everything, it is sure to fill you up.

4th dish: Special hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce
