A chef with 25 years of experience.

Interested in the food world since his student days, he has trained in restaurants in Yokohama and Tokyo.

In 2014, he opened TRATTORIA TATIARA in front of Shinjuku Gyoen.

In 2018, he opened CARLOTTA in Yamate.

He is currently working as a traveling chef in preparation for closing down his restaurant and making a new start.
