A 28-year-old traveling chef.
After graduating from Osaka Tsuji Confectionery College, he pursued his dream of becoming a pastry chef in his second year of junior high school, and then studied cooking at an Italian restaurant. He then worked in luxury and business hotels.
He now runs a catering company, and occasionally takes on individual cooking requests.
He loves creative cooking that creates new things, and provides unique flavors and experiences that can never be repeated.
- Tableware: Can be brought
- Cookware: Not allowed to bring
- Seasoning: Can be brought
- Transportation: If there is a parking lot, take the car. If not, take the train.

Menus
Original Italian course 9,000 yen (minimum 10 people)
1st dish: Prosciutto, tomato and burrata caprese
2nd dish: Cold caponata
3rd dish: Warm octopus and potato salad
4th dish: Salsiccia and colorful vegetable peperoncino pasta
5th dish: Cacciatura (fisherman's style chicken and tomato)
6th dish: Jerusalem artichoke coffee-style tiramisu with a 10-second expiration date

Children's menu: 5,000 yen (5,500 yen including tax) *This is roughly half the amount of the adult course.
