Enjoy the cuisine of a chef who has worked at Japanese embassies and foreign correspondents' clubs overseas in the comfort of your own home.
He started his career in Osaka and then moved to Germany, where he trained at several star-ranked restaurants.
After returning to Japan, he worked as a head chef in Tokyo, and then became head chef at the residence of the Japanese ambassador overseas.
He then worked as a sous chef at the restaurant in the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan, and is currently active in menu development, catering, and as a visiting chef for private homes.
His cooking is based in French, but he is also well-versed in Japanese and European cuisine, and specializes in dishes that use seasonal ingredients and Japanese cooking methods.
He also holds multiple wine-related qualifications, including a sommelier qualification and WSET, and can handle pairings, etc.

ウチは今までシニア大型犬がいるのでなかなかゆっくり外食もできず、酔う程，飲む事もできなかったのですが、結婚記念日という理由をつけて大変贅沢なコースをお願いしました。
フレンチ創作で全て美味しくて、何より長谷川シェフのお人柄と経歴が大変興味を持ち、宴が盛り上がりました。
本当にお願いして良かったです。
