He started working in restaurants at the age of 18, learning the basics of cooking international cuisines such as Italian and French,
and at the age of 27, he was made head chef at an Italian restaurant in Sendai.
Although he is still young,
he hopes you will enjoy the course meals he has developed over 10 years of training.
