I combine the cooking techniques I've developed at the catering company with the meat knowledge I've gained from traveling to work as a Wagyu beef chef.
I serve course meals using Japanese Black Beef from Kagoshima Prefecture.

Wagyu VIP course: 15,000 yen (minimum 10 people)
