After graduating from culinary school, he traveled to France and trained at the two-star restaurant Guy Lasozay in Lyon, France. After returning to Japan, he spent five years training at the French restaurant La Paix in Nihonbashi.
Then, in July 2022, he opened a vegetable-focused French restaurant in the Karuizawa area of Nagano Prefecture. He is currently taking reservations mainly in the Karuizawa area.
As a chef, he hopes to ensure that children of the future can continue to eat the wonderful food we have today by working to prevent overfishing of seafood and excessive consumption of meat, exploring the possibilities of new vegetable-based cuisine, and working to promote the primary industry.

A party course with a mix of French and Italian flavors.
The food is served on a large plate.
It can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as for family, friends, and social gatherings.
The menu is an example, so after the chef is confirmed,

This is a business trip from Karuizawa
Currently, we are mainly accepting reservations in the Karuizawa area.
We can also visit Tokyo and the Kanto region, but please note that travel expenses will be higher since the visit will be from the Karuizawa area.

This BBQ set uses plenty of fresh vegetables from Nagano Prefecture, and mainly features sausages and steaks made from venison caught in Takayama Village, Nagano Prefecture,
with plenty of finger food, making it a very satisfying BBQ set!
