At the age of 19, I moved to Tokyo to train at a long-established sushi restaurant in Setagaya Ward to become a sushi chef. I then expanded my education to restaurants in Ebisu to learn about aged sushi. Places of training (workplaces): Nakagawa Yoga sushi restaurant in Setagaya Ward, Ebisu Sushi Nishitsugu, Ebisu Sushi Hayakawa Our concept is to provide a restaurant-like experience at home or in the office. We cater to any location or occasion, including celebrations such as wedding anniversaries, homes with children, and homes with pets. We want to create a space where we can share the joys of delicious food, fun, and happiness with everyone.

Menus
Seasonal Nigiri Course 12,500 yen (minimum 4 persons)
A course of nigiri sushi using seasonal ingredients.
1st item: 10 nigiri sushi.
2nd item: Homemade tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled egg).
3rd item: Miso soup.
Children's menu: 3,000 yen (3,300 yen). Example: 1 each of egg, shrimp, and salmon roe. Kappa roll and natto roll. Contents negotiable.
Nigiri Satisfaction Course 20,000 yen (minimum 3 persons)
For those who want to eat a lot of nigiri. 1st item: 15 nigiri 2nd item: Homemade tamagoyaki 3rd item: Miso soup
Children's menu 3,000 yen (3,300 yen)
Example) 1 each of egg, shrimp, and salmon roe. Kappa rolls and natto rolls. Contents negotiable.
Nigiri course with appetizers: 20,000 yen (minimum 3 persons)
For a well-balanced meal of snacks and nigiri sushi. 1st item: 4 snacks. 2nd item: 12 nigiri sushi. 3rd item: Homemade tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled egg). 4th item: Miso soup.
Children's menu: 3,000 yen (3,300 yen).

Deluxe Nigiri course with appetizers: 25,000 yen (minimum 2 persons)
A luxurious course using abalone, sea urchin, etc. 1st item: 4 appetizers 2nd item: Steamed abalone in sake 3rd item: 12 nigiri sushi 4th item: Homemade tamagoyaki 5th item: Miso soup
Children's menu 3,000 yen (3,300 yen)

Special sushi course 50,000 yen (minimum 2 persons)
