Profile (Self-introduction) Sushi Delivery Service HazukiUetsuki TomohiroAfter completing his training as a chef at a kaiseki restaurant in Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, he set out on the path to become a sushi chef. After training at a sushi restaurant in Okayama and gaining experience at restaurants and fish shops in Osaka, he felt a strong desire to deliver the atmosphere of a sushi restaurant to customers who could not come to the restaurant, so he opened Sushi Delivery Service Hazuki. He aims to bring a smile to his customers' faces by serving high-quality sushi made with red vinegar and carefully selected fish, as well as the best live performances.
