"Today is the day to make someone smile," says Suzuki Ayane (Susan), a traveling chef who delivers happiness. After six years of learning the basics of classic French cuisine at La Becasse, studying natural wine and creative cooking at Takoriki, and running his own restaurant, Maruru et Ururu, for 10 years, he now travels around the country as a traveling chef, delivering "food that lights up people's hearts." It's not just delicious. "Cook, eat, share"—in that moment, be considerate to others and kind to yourself. We deliver a warm dining experience that unwinds the senses and the heart. The cuisine is open-ended. Light and gentle dishes, centered on classic French cuisine, use spices and herbs. "Happiness starts at the dining table." Having previously struggled to find joy in food, Suzuki believes more than anyone else in the experience of "unwinding the heart through cooking." His goal is to provide traveling cooking that unwinds the hearts of those present and fosters connections.
