After working as a sommelier, a wine bar owner and chef at an Italian restaurant, and as a manager in a major food and beverage division, he opened Spice Seven in 2020.
Based on the concept of "curry, sake, and spices," he serves spicy dishes and gluten-free spice curry. In 2023, he sold out 1,000 servings of handmade spice curry in western Ikebukuro.
In 2024, he served a spice course meal for 40 people at the Japan Food Research Institute in Daikanyama, Tokyo, which was well received. Come try his dishes, which utilize curry and spices to change your perception of curry.
