"Being a chef is a noble profession that controls people's lives and futures." With this belief in mind, I infuse each and every dish with the power to improve the quality of life. My journey as a chef has not always been smooth sailing. I have lost jobs and experienced periods of uncertainty. However, each time, I have been saved by the warmth of others and fortuitous connections, and I have returned to cooking. One particularly unforgettable incident occurred on the morning of the day my uncle, whom I was close and respected, passed away. On the same day, my daughter recovered from illness and was released from the hospital. It was a moment when a life being born and a life being lost intersected. From that moment on, I began to approach cooking with the sense that "today could be the tomorrow someone desperately wanted to see." This is why I view cooking not just as a job, but as a responsible endeavor that touches people's lives. Two words guide my approach: Follow Your Own Passion. Stay calm, another way will open. When I'm cornered, facing a difficult situation, or taking care of a family while I'm cooking for them, I have kept these words in mind and approached my cooking many times. Skill is merely an extension of life. My cooking is made up of all of these things: experience, philosophy, sensitivity, failure, and recovery. Optimal cooking tailored to each individual; consideration for health and a commitment to safety; flavors designed to leave a lingering aftertaste; and sincerity in supporting family time. These accumulated thoughts have been highly praised, earning me high reviews on Kansai's cooking forum, and I have continued to receive requests from many families, including doctors, business executives, and cultural figures. I don't just want to be a "cook," but someone who raises the quality of life through cooking. Today, I will continue to pour my passion, philosophy, and skills into delivering food for you and your loved ones. ⸻
