My name is Keisuke Kaita, a professional sushi chef.

After graduating, I began my career at Keyence Corporation, then trained at a Michelin Bib Gourmand–listed restaurant.
Currently, I operate a private sushi catering service called “Sushi Space.”

I provide the experience of freshly prepared sushi in the comfort of your home or other exclusive venues.

My services cater to a wide range of occasions, including business entertainment, family celebrations, and sushi-making experiences for international guests.

Rather than simply serving sushi as a meal, I place great value on creating a truly special time shared with your loved ones.

  • Tableware: We can bring a full set of essential tableware, including simple sushi serving boards (geta) and individual plates.
  • Cookware: We can bring a full set of professional equipment, including knives, cutting boards, and cooling equipment.
  • Seasoning: We can bring all necessary seasonings, including soy sauce, salt, and nikiri sauce.
  • Transportation: We are able to travel up to approximately 180 minutes one way by car.
