My culinary journey began with a local Chinese restaurant I frequented since childhood, and I trained there for seven years starting at the age of 20.
In the world of everyday Chinese cuisine, I learned the importance of homemade dishes and how food can support people's lives. Currently, I offer creative Chinese cuisine that incorporates elements from other genres such as Japanese and Western food, while maintaining a focus on traditional Chinese cuisine. I value authentic flavors that are easy to enjoy. Through my cooking, I want to convey the joy of sharing a meal with loved ones, enjoying conversation and drinks.
I am committed to making everything by hand, and I strive to create healthy dishes that will help those who eat them to feel positive about tomorrow.
