羽田 浩二 シェフ
After graduating from Tsuji Culinary School, I embarked on the path of Italian cuisine from Osaka.
I worked at restaurants such as Taberna Quinta and Taberna Italo in Osaka, S・E・Giù in Osaka, La Vita Takaragaike in Kyoto, Hotel Rizonare Kobuchizawa in Yamanashi, and gained experience in cooking both in Japan and Italy. Eventually, I opened my own restaurant, Osteria Hada, in Mejiro, Tokyo.
In 2015, I decided to return to my hometown in Nara Prefecture, and although the restaurant closed, my passion for cooking remained. I took on the challenge of providing catering services.
Please enjoy the dishes prepared by a veteran chef with 30 years of experience in Italian cuisine.

Seasonal Soup ¥700 (¥770 including tax) - Change pasta to handmade pasta +¥300 per person (can only be ordered if all participants have made changes) (¥330 including tax)
Dishware and cutlery rental: ¥600 per person (¥660 including tax) (Additional shipping costs (round trip) are the customer's responsibility) *Delivery will be made the day before. 全てのお料理が美味しくて、あっと言う間に頂き、気付けばお腹はいっぱい!お子様用(って言いますがすごく豪華!)も大人でも満足しそうなクオリティーとボリュームでした。子どももペロッと食べてました。普段は美味しくないとすぐ残すのに全て食べてました!羽田シェフのお人柄も良く愛犬も懐いてました。調理器具もキッチンもピカピカに拭き上げて頂いて完璧な状態でまた一同で感動しました!

調理中は近くにいるので気を使う必要がありそうだと思いましたが、最初に軽く打ち合わせ的な会話をした後は黙々と作業を進めて頂きいい意味で全然気になりませんでした。料理もおいしくとても良かったです。
今回も素晴らしく美味しいお料理で、好き嫌いの多い子どもたちも「羽田さんのご飯だから全部食べられる!」と、いつもは食べないトマトスパゲティやお野菜、魚介類をパクパク食べて完食していました。
大人も「ボリュームあるから食べられるかしら」と言いながら、デザートまで完璧に食べ切りました。
もう何度もお料理をお願いしてますが、毎回、異なるメニューと美味しさで驚きを頂いてます。
